We are saddened to announce the sudden passing of Mr. Xavier (aka Gebby) Desmarais on April 12 at the golden age of 91 years. He is preceded by his beloved wife Claudette (Groves) 5 years ago. He will be greatly missed by his children, Juliette (Maurice Roy), Tom (Karen Morris) and his grandchildren, Stephan, Corinne (Brandon Edge), TJ and Tristan.
He is also preceded by his parents Michael Patrick Desmarais and Mary-Ellen (Peters) as well as his siblings Rita (Edward Fleury), Emmanuel (Viviane McCrank), and Gorman. He will also be missed by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral service to be held at St Camilus Church in Farrellton Quebec, April 27th at 11 am, condolences received prior to the service will be held at 10:30.
The family extends their appreciation to the great care and service provided by the CLSC staff.
