It is with great sadness’s that we announce the passing of a wonderful woman, our mom.

Marie (Blondeau) Cayer passed away peacefully on Friday afternoon July 12, 2024 surrounded by her family.

She was the wife to the late Jacques Cayer and loving mom to Julie (Yves Soucie) and Brigitte (David Smith). Loving grandma to William and David Charron  She was pre-deceased by her parents Albert and Reina (Bailey) Blondeau and her sister Claudette (O’Brien) and brothers Sonny and Bernie. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, sisters in-laws and brother in-laws.

In order to respect her wishes, a private funeral will take place with the immediate family.

The family wish to thank Le Foyer du Bonheur for their care, compassion and support for the last several months.

For those who wish to do so, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
