It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of
Julie Sevigny
on October 19, 2021, at the age of 57.
Beloved wife of Robert Roy and daughter of the late Andre Sevigny and of the late Lucille Merleau. She leaves behind her loving son Andre-Phillip. She also leaves behind her step-daughter Melanie (Andrew) and dear step-grandaughter Samantha. She will be missed by her sisters Nicole and Celine (Raymond) and many nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
The celebration of her life will be held at a later date

My deepest heart felt condolences Rob and AP. I remember when you and I were working in the basement and AP had missed a dental appointment and was about to miss a second, Julie yelled at him to hurry up and get ready while you and I hid in the corner. I will always remembered the small loving woman with a powerful voice.

Such sadness to read of this. I once found myself working in what was probably the most dysfunctional unit in my 30+ years of public service. Julie befriended me and she (and Marc) made it totally bearable. We became good friends. Always grateful for Julie’s kindness & friendship & sense of humour
