Peacefully in her 89th year, Mom passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 after a long illness. Daughter of the late John J. Maloney and Alice Larabie. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Edward Ford and loving Mother of Diane (Dan Yarymowich) and Douglas (Monique Lanthier). Loved Mama of Sean Earle, Taryn Earle and Sonja Ford. Great-Grand Mama to her adored Joshua Earle. Gilda leaves behind her sister-in-law, Doris Cobill (late Harold) and brother-in-law, Hal Brooks. Pre-deceased by her sisters Ruth Nelson (late Larry), Clare Brooks, and Carole Kehoe (late Gerry). Cremation has taken place and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Aloysius Gonzaga Catholic Church, Gatineau, Quebec,on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
