EDWARD BANNAN
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful death of Edward Bannan on October 16, 2015 at the age of 75.
Beloved husband of Myrna Splane Bannan and son of late Bernard Bannan and late Louise Gauthier.
He leaves behind his loving children: Bettyann (Roy Beattie), Valerie (Alain Cadieux), Michael (Carol Fortin), Faye (Robert Whealen), Deborah (Ronald Liboiron) and Frederick; his 13 cherished grandchildren and his 17 great-granchildren. He also leaves several nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law as well as many friends.
Family and friends will gather together for a celebration of his life on Saturday, November 7, 2015 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in the basement of the Aylmer United Church, 164 Principale Street in Aylmer.
For those who wish to do so, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
The family wishes to thank the Gatineau hospital staff for their support and their good care.
