It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donald McConnell on October 12th, 2024 at Foyer du Bonheur, at the age of 85. He was the husband of Barbara Hickey and son of the late George McConnell and of the late Edith Murray. He leaves behind his daughter Sandra (Drew) and his grandchildren Jessa, Robert (Carlee) and Kurt (Val). He also leaves behind his relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his son Kevin.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday November 21th, 2024 at 11:00 am at St. Mark the Evangelist church located at 160, rue Principale, Gatineau (Aylmer sector). The family will receive the condolences as of 10:15 am.

The family wishes to thank the Foyer du Bonheur staff for support and their good care.
