CHERMAK, Diana

Died peacefully, Sunday, April  9th 2017 at the age of 76. Predeceased by her mother Tessier Pick, her father John Chermak and stepfather John Shushack, her beloved grandchild Megan de Rainville, her brothers Donald Chermak and Kevin Shushack.

She will be missed by her daughter Angela Tessier (Paul de Rainville), her grandchild Shelby de Rainville, her sister Beverly Shushack (Roger Morin), her nephew Robin and his son Calvin Shushack, all her relatives and numerous friends.

A funeral service will be held at the St-Pierre de Wakefield Church, 30, chemin de l’Église, Val-des-Monts, Québec  on Thursday april 20, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.  The family will receive condolences at 10:30 a.m. On line condolences may be made at www.cfo.coop">http://www.cfo.coop/">www.cfo.coop.
