Cornelis (Kees) deWaard
Passed away on October 28, 2019 at the age of 93. He was the beloved husband of Donnie McLaurin and loving father of Terrie (Marcel Léger), Dan (Roni Lavergne) and Jennifer (Pierre Pinkos), dear Opa of Cynthia (Phil), Danny (Heidi), Nicholas (Aline), Tracie (Dan), Amanda (Sébastien), Joshua and Kaleb. Predeceased by his grandson Christopher. Great Opa to Nathan (Gabriel and Valerie), Zoé, Eva, William and Davin. He will be missed by many nephews, nieces and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on November 16, 2019 at 3 p.m. at St. Andrews United Church located at 570, avenue de Buckingham in Gatineau (Buckingham sector).
In lieu of flowers, for those who wish to do so may donate to Santé Papineau Foundation (Hôpital de Papineau) or St. Andrews United Church (Buckingham, PQ).
