It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful death of Rita O'Connor on February 15, 2012 at the Gatineau Hospital, at the age of 87.
Beloved wife of late Arthur Larabie and daughter of late William O'Connor and of late Sara Daly.
She leaves behind her loving children : Albert (Shirley), Nancy (Bob), Billy (Joy), Frank (Sue), Allen (Caroline), Janet (Pierre), Dominic (Betty) and Sarah (John); 13 cherished grandchildren; 6 great-granchildren. She also leaves her brothers : Angus (late Theressa) and Elmer (Norma); her sister, Hilda (Jack) : and many beloved family members. Predeceased by Albert (Diane), Arden (Helena), Bertha (Tom), Edward (late Gertrude), Edwin, Linus (Helen) and Orville.
Viewing of the ashes at the Coopérative funéraire de L'Outaouais at 750 Maloney blvd E. on Monday February 20, 2012 from 6 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 21 at St-Aloysius Church located at 300 Abbé-Murray St at 11 am. The family will receive condolences at 10:30 am.
