We are hugging all of you. Murray will be missed. His bad jokes, his card playing, his barbequing, his guitar playing, his creativity and his love for the gang of us all.

1968 - 2024
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Murray Provençal on May 14th, 2024 at the age of 55.
He was everything to his wife Carolyn Eastwood, son of the late Stewart Provençal and of Grendalene Welburn (Paul). Other than his wife and mother, he leaves his children James, Justine (Alex), Victoria and Kurtis (Laura) and was the proud Grandpa to Kaden, Riley, Violet and Addison. He also leaves his sister Ruby Larose (Gord), his mother-in-law Doreen Engeland (late Gerry), his brothers-in-law Christopher (Jenn) and Michael (Karen), his niece Tasha (Jeff), nephew Stephen as well as many friends and relatives. He was also known as Smurf to Pamela (Jillian).
A gathering in memory of Murray will be held at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS, 95 de la Cité-des-Jeunes Boulevard, in Gatineau (Hull sector), on Sunday June 2 from 6 pm to 8:30 pm.

We are all so saddened to hear of Murray's passing. Although with the exception of our son Brandon, we have not seen Murray for many years. Last time was at Doreen & Gerry' 25th wedding anniversary. We did however keep in periodic touch via phone and zoom. My only regret was not living closer. Murray you are at peace now, and I hope enjoying golf the sport you loved so much. Love to my beautiful sister Carolyn, her children and extended family. We love you all. XOXO
