La famille Chartrand a le regret de vous annoncer le décès de
Mme Lucille Chartrand née Haspect
survenu le 16 mars 2016, à l'âge de 93 ans. Elle était l'épouse de feu Roger Chartrand et la fille de feu Jules Haspect et de feu Dona Barbarie. Elle laisse également ses deux filles: Diane (Alexander Berndt) et Sylvie (Saäd Rafi) et son petit-fils Mathieu. Elle laisse ses deux soeurs : Carmen (feu Ken Wallingford) et Hélène ainsi que plusieurs beaux-frères, belles-soeurs, neveux, nièces, cousin(e)s et ami(e)s. Elle fut prédécédée par ses deux soeurs et ses sept frères.
Elle sera exposée à la COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS située au 1369, boul. La Vérendrye Ouest à Gatineau, le vendredi 20 mai de 18 h à 21 h. Le service religieux se tiendra le samedi 21 mai 2016 à 10 h à la cathédrale Notre-Dame d'Ottawa sise au 385 promenade Sussex à Ottawa. La famille recevra les condoléances a compter de 10h30.

The Chartrand Family regrets to inform you of the passing of
Mme Lucille Chartrand, nee Haspect, on March 16th, 2016 at 93 years of age.
She was predeceased by her husband, Roger Chartrand and her parents Jules Haspect and Dona Barbarie. She is survived by her two daughters: Diane (Alexander Berndt), Sylvie (Saäd Rafi) and her grand-son, Mathieu; her two sisters: Carmen (the late Ken Wallingford) and Helene as well as many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her two sisters and seven brothers.
The family will receive friends and family at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS located at 1369 La Verendrye Boulevard West in Gatineau on Friday, May 20th from 6pm to 9pm. The religious service will be held at 10am on Saturday, May 21st, 2016 at the Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica located at 385 Sussex Drive in Ottawa. The family will receive condolences immediately following the service in the church hall.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Outaouais Quebecois or to CHSLD Vigi de l'Outaouais.
The family wishes to thank the wonderful staff of the Vigi de l'Outaouais for the compassionate care given to their mother. A special thank to their volunteer committee.
