Cayer, Florian Gaston
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florian Cayer at the age of 84, on Thursday, April 4th, 2013, at the Gatineau Hospital.
Beloved partner of Ann Dunlop and son of the late Roger Cayer and the late Corona Grégoire.
He leaves behind his loving daughters: Bridgette Patricia Cayer and Marie Carol Fleck (Gary); cherished grandchildren: Kyle, Alanna and Brendan Wharton and Siobhan, Mariah and Evan Fleck, as well as extended family Patti Normandeau (Guy), Justin, Adrian and Kristine.
He is also survived by his brothers: Aurelien Cayer (Diane), Fernand Cayer (Rita) and sister Hermance Brousseau (Bernard), many nieces and nephews, and Maureen Cayer, the mother of his children. Predeceased by his sister, Thérèse.
A funeral Mass and Cremation Burial Ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 4th at 2 pm., at the Ste-Thérèse dAvila Parish, 9603 Marionville Rd., Russell, ON. A reception in the Town Hall will follow.
