C’est avec une profonde tristesse et un cœur lourd que nous annonçons le décès soudain de notre chère épouse et mère, madame Deborah (Debbie) Martineau (née Cook) survenu le 15 février 2025, à l’âge de 73 ans. Née le 23 juillet 1951 à Ottawa, Debbie est la fille de feu de George Cook et de feu Eileen Hudson.
Elle laisse dans le deuil son mari dévoué de 47 ans, Wayne, qui va profondément lui manquer, ses deux enfants qui l'aiment, Chadwick (Melissa) et Crystal (Martin) et ses précieux petits-enfants, Austin et Ashley, qui lui apportaient une joie sans fin. Elle laisse également derrière elle son cher filleul, Joey, ainsi que de nombreux membres de la famille et amis précieux. Debbie fut prédécédée par ses deux sœurs bien-aimées, Nancy O'Connell et Gail Medaglia.
Connue pour sa force inébranlable et son cœur bienveillant, Debbie était le pilier de sa famille et une véritable amie pour tous ceux qui ont eu le privilège de la connaître. Sa chaleur, sa sagesse et son amour nous manqueront profondément, mais nous nous en souviendrons toujours.
Une célébration de sa vie aura lieu le vendredi 21 mars 2025 de 11 h à 14 h, au Centre Aydelu, 94 rue du Patrimoine, Gatineau (Aylmer), Québec, J9H 3P4.
Pour ceux qui souhaitent envoyer des fleurs, elles pourront être livrées sur place à partir de 10 h.
