1951 - 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of John Service on May 7th, 2025 at the age of 74. He was the son of the late Clyde Service and of the late Rita McEwen.

 He leaves behind his wife Tammie Way, his children Christopher and Lindsay and his granddaughter Lylah. He also leaves behind his brother Donald (Caroline), his sister Collen (Gordon) as well as many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and friends. He was predeceased by his grandson Wyatt and his brother David (Debbie).

A Celebration of life will be held at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS, 95 de la Cité des Jeunes Boulevard in Gatineau (Hull sector), on Friday May 23rd, 2025 at 2 pm. The family will receive condolences as of 1:15 pm. You will be able to watch the ceremony live or in replay via the following link https://commemora.tv/en/diffusions/109339
