Board of directors
The Board of Directors, composed of dedicated volunteers from various fields with extensive experience, is elected by the members of the Cooperative during the Annual General Meeting.
The Board operates under the authority delegated to it by the Assembly. While its functions may vary depending on the size of the organization, its primary role is to ensure the sound governance and proper management of the Cooperative.
It ensures that the policies and actions implemented to achieve the established goals and directions are feasible and that these same goals and directions are carried out — or revised when necessary (oversight function).
