NOTICE OF MEETING

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) OF THE COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L’OUTAOUAIS

Time: Monday, April 29th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
Place: 95, de la Cité-des-Jeunes Blvd, in Gatineau

As of April 19th, 2019, members of the Coopérative funéraire de l’Outaouais can obtain a copy of the agenda, the minutes of the April 23rd, 2018 AGM, the summary of audited financial statements dated December 31st, 2018, and a copy of the annual report, which are available a tour facilities in Gatineau, Hull, Buckingham, Thurso and St-André Avellin.

Elections of the Board of directors

All parties interested in serving on the Board of Directors must complete the nomination form available at the head office or on the Cooperative’s Website.

The completed form must be submitted to the Executive Director before April 22nd, 2019..

The list of candidates for election to the Board will be available on the Cooperative’s Website on April 23rd, 2019 as of 4:00 p.m. and also at our above-mentioned facilities.

Please note that under the regulations of the Cooperative, only those whose membership have been approved by the Board on or before the last regular meeting of the Board before the AGM (said meeting being held on April 8th, 2019 will be entitled to vote at the AGM.
