AUMOND CONNOLLY, Thérèse

Thérèse Connolly, born Aumond, returned Home to God on May 31st, 2021 at the age of 90. She is predeceased by her father Odilon Aumond and mother Emma Godin from Maniwaki, her husband Desmond, her brothers Wilbrod, Edgar, René, Henri Claude and Roger and sisters Marie Pearle, Liliane, Nancy and Lucille, stepchildren Sheila Rule, Maureen Lapico and Donald Connolly. She is survived by her stepdaughters Barbara MacLeod, Mary Lou (Bruno Bersani) and Sharon Connolly, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and much loved and caring nephews, nieces and friends. 

The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the management and staff at the Centre d’hébergement Ernest-Bisson (CHSLD Bon Séjour, Gatineau) for the wonderful care that they provided Thérèse. Also special thanks to Philippe, Daniel and Brigitte Cross for their devoted attention.

Thérèse will receive her final Sacrament at a private Funeral Mass on Tuesday June 15th at the Coopérative funéraire de l’Outaouais, 95 boul. de la Cité-des-Jeunes, Gatineau (secteur Hull). A Christian burial will take place at a later date.

In her memory, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
