1948 - 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Lorna Fallowfield Séguin on July 11th, 2025, at the age of 76. She was the daughter of the late James (Jim) Fallowfield, of the late Laura Robertshaw and the beloved wife of the late Georges Séguin,
She was the loving mother of Normand (Mélanie Therrien), Lucille (Vincent Charbonneau) and Christine (Marc Leblanc), the dear grandmother of Philippe, David, Jessica, Vanessa, Bryan, Eve, Marylou, Mathieu, and great-grandmother of Rosina. She was also known as “grandma” to many kids she babysat over multiple years.
She will be missed by her siblings Barbara, Mary and Betty and many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, and friends. She was predeceased by her sister Ruth.
Lorna will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and they will remember her as a loving, kind, caring and deeply devoted woman.
A celebration of Lorna’s life will be held at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS, 750 Maloney Boulevard East in Gatineau, on Friday, July 25th, 2025, at 10am. The family will receive condolences as of 9:30 am.
