LACHANCE, Kathryn (nee Pomainville)

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Kathryn Lachance on May 4, 2022, at the age of 73. Mother of Martine (Dennis O’Malley) and Cindy Yaworski. Grandmother of Emma and Ethan O’Malley and Rebecca Yaworski. She also leaves her sisters: Susan Vandersteen, Margaret Cain (David) and Mary Lou Pomainville as well as many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Predeceased by her husband Guy Lachance, parents Jean-Charles (John) Pomainville and Patricia (Drew) Pomainville and brother Steven Pomainville.

For those who wish to do so, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.

The family wishes to thank the Ottawa and Hull hospital staff for their good care.

Though I haven't been close over the years I will never forget the wonderful times I spent with Kathy an my brother Guy. My brother and his beloved wife are together now as they were in life.
