Ginette Fournier Lafrenière

It is with great sadness that we announce her peaceful passing on August 23, 2019 at the age of 76.

She was the beloved wife of the late Gilles Lafrenière and the daughter of the late Malvina Bouliane and of the late Edgar Fournier.  She leaves behind her daughter Linda (Richard Delaney) and her grand-daughter Emanuelle Delaney.  She also leaves her brothers: Marcel (Gabie), André (Fernande); her sisters: Aline (late Marcel), Monique and Lisette; her sister-in-law Louise Lafrenière as well as many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her brothers Maurice and Rhéal.

The celebration of prayers will be held at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS, 95 Cité-des-Jeunes Boulevard, in Gatineau (Hull sector), on Friday, August 30, 2019 at 10 am . The family will receive condolences as of 9:30.

For those who wish to do so, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.

The family wishes to thank Dr. David Stitt as well as the 7th floor East team at the Hull Hospital for their support and the excellent care given to her.

Linda , Richard et famille .Mes sincères condoléances .Linda il y a très longtemps

que nous nous sommes vues. Mais je tenais à t'offrir mes sympathies pour le décès

de ta mère. Je sais à quel point vous étiez proche l'une de l'autre. Tu représentais

toute sa vie. Ce qu'elle pouvait t'aimer cette belle Ginette. Après que j'us vendu

mon salon de coiffure sur Montclair , on se voyais moins souvent. Si l'occasion se

se présentait c'était toujours au Galeries de Hull . Quand je demandais de tes

nouvelles son visage rayonnait et ses yeux brillaient .Aujourd'hui je suis tombée

sur la nouvelle et dire que le service était hier . J'aurais aimée te serrer dans mes

bras. Mes pensées vous accompagnent. Unions de prières.. Ce n'est qu'un aurevoir

belle Ginette . Un jour nous nous retrouverons tous avec le Père.
