It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Francine Philips on August 22, 2025, at the age of 67. She was the daughter of the late Fernand Philips and the late Yolande Lacroix.
She is survived by her sister Elizabeth, her niece Tessa, her nephew Diego, as well as her uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. She was predeceased by her brother Maxime.
As per her wishes, only a small celebration of life will be held during the burial of her ashes at Saint-Jean Marie Vianney Cemetery, located at 296 Labrosse Boulevard, Gatineau, QC, on Saturday, September 20, at 11 a.m.
A special shout out to Dr. Brulé and Dr. Tibéri of the Ottawa General Hospital, and Dr. Roy of St. Vincent Hospital, Bruyère Health for the good care provided.
