GAREAU SATTLECKER, Diane

It is with great sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mrs. Diane Gareau Sattlecker on February 10th, 2024, at the age of 80. Beloved wife of Siegfried Sattlecker and daughter of the late Raoul Gareau and of the late Lina Forget, she leaves behind her sons Marc and Karl (Anne); her grandchildren Phillipe, Christina, Cassidy, Maxime, Nicholas and Alicia; her great-grandchildren Rosalyne and Louis. She also leaves her brother André (Yolaine), her sisters Hélène (late Gilbert) and Ginette (Bob) as well as many relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her brother Robert.

The celebration of life will be held at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS, 1369 La Vérendrye Boulevard West in Gatineau, on Friday March 8th, 2024 at 2 pm. The family will receive condolences as of 1:15 pm. It will also be possible to view the ceremony, live or by replay, by following the link https://commemora.tv/fr/diffusions/085787b4-9261-4f2c-9394-22ac3ec38d8b   In case of a technical problem during the live webcast, it will be possible to view the replay at a later time.

For those who wish to do so, a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.

My sincere sympathies to all of you. Diane was such a nice person. She babysat me when I was young, then was an attendant during lunch time at public school. More recently, I would see her a few times a week while I was a cashier at Metro. Always had a smile. She will be missed. My heart goes out to all of you.
