Johanna Lacroix nee Kronauer
Passed away in Gatineau, surrounded by family on August 28, 2015 at the age of 84 years.
Beloved wife of the late Gilles Lacroix and daughter of the late Franz Kronauer and of the late Johanna Buttner.
She leaves behind her loving children : Vivianne (Douglas), Danielle (late Guy), Elizabeth (Ross), Robert (Julie) et Richard (Christine); her 9 grandchildren and her 2 great-grandchildren . She also leaves her brother Andy and her sister Mina in Australia.
Predeceased by two sisters: Rosa and Freida and one brother Manfred.
Johanna was a loving mother and fabulous cook who was known for her amazing homemade German tortes. Her greatest pleasure was to be surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She will be lovingly remembered by many extended family members in Germany and Australia.
Visitations will be held at LA COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE LOUTAOUAIS, 1369, La Vérendrye Blvd West, in Gatineau, on Thursday September, 3rd 2015 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the Ceremonial Hall of the funeral home.
