I lost my own father just a little while before developing a kindred spirit with "Johnny". That would be 20 years ago. We were more than close - he was family. We talked about everything that was dear to us both - we could share things that only family could share. I miss him Claudette as you and your family does. I grieve as you do. An inspirational gentleman full of warmth, humor and sincerity. Please accept my most sincere condolences on your loss.

Dear Claudette, I really don't know where to begin. You and John have been good friends of mine for a long long time. My deepest sympathies go out to you. I am so sorry for your loss and the emptiness you must feel right now. My condoleances also go out to Marc and Julie. I don't think I will be able to be present on the 5th. I am scheduled to be at the Heart Institute on that day. I really feel so bad about not being there. Friends are supposed to be with friends when they need it most. My prayers and condolences go out to Johns entire family at this very sad time. I've known John for over 35 years and met you all at his 70 th. birthday party. I can tell you that working with and being a friend of Johns was a privilege and an honor. John was one of the most respected people on the hill and he earned and deserved that respect from all. Each and every day one of the first things I'd do is check out John's early morning emails and he always sent something that would make the day seem much brighter. John will be missed by so many. May God Bless and we'll see you on the other side Big John.

I am very sorry to find out that John has left us so soon. I'll would like to give you my most sincere condolence. John and I meet once a month for the pass maybe 2-3 years. I was supplying him with tickets for the Masson/Cumberland ferry. We use to chat a bit each time and I'll miss that.
