Gilda Felice (nee Marmai)
After a lengthy illness, which she faced bravely and with dignity, Gilda lost her battle on Sunday, May 13, 2012, at the age of 76 years. Beloved wife of 56 years to Aldo Felice and cherished mother of Angela (husband Dirk), Marcella (husband Mike), Roberto (wife Genevieve), Mirella (husband Bruce), and Alessandro; Nonna to Ryan, Geny, Jesse, Jordan, Taylor, Kayleigh, Sarah, Leia, Chloe, Hudson, Parker and Biz-Nonna to Luca, Nico and Ariel.
The family wishes to thank the staff at La Renaissance in Aylmer for the kindness and dignity they showed while caring for Gilda during her stay. They made a difficult situation easier to deal with.
The family has held a private ceremony and we are inviting her extended family and friends to join us in a celebration of her life in the garden she loved so much on Friday, May 18th, from 2:00 to 7:00 at 3 rue de Malbec, Aylmer, Quebec. In lieu of flowers, if you wish, you can bring or send a small potted plant which will be planted in her garden in her memory.
