It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of

Madeleine Cummings

on November 13th, 2019, at the age of 93.

She leaves behind her daughter Ann (Robert Carisse); her two grandsons Francis (Chantal) and Jason (Natalie);  her great-granchildren: Maude, Isabelle and Gabrielle. She also leaves her sisters: Monique (late George), Denise (Jean-Claude) and Claire (Gaétan) as well as many nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Predeceased by her parents Anna Rochon and René Beauchamp, by her son Marc and by her sister Dorothée.

The celebration of prayers will be held at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS, 95 Cité-des-Jeunes Blvd, in Gatineau (Hull sector), on Sunday December 1, 2019 at 10 am. The family will receive condolences as of 9:30.

For those who wish to do so, donations to the Montfort Foundation would be appreciated.

The family wishes to thank the team of the 5th floor C of the Montfort Hospital, especially Chantal Chabot for their support and their good care.

Bonjour Ann, je suis Madeleine Lecompte et moi ainsi que ma famille désirons vous offrir à toi, à Francis et toute la famille mes plus sincères sympathies. Dernièrement je pensais justement à ta maman et à Marc pour qui je continue de prier afin que justice soit faite une jour! Ta mère l'a retrouvé donc il ne sera plus seule et elle, sa souffrance d'avoir perdu son fils d'une façon si atroce s'est transformée en lumière! Je les aimais beaucoup et je n'oublierai jamais! A chaque période de chasse qui revient, mes souvenirs de plaisirs avec ton frère reviennent aussi! Prend soin de toi et que Dieu veille sur ta famille! Je t'aime xo
