It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful death of Jean-Marc Chartrand on April 29th, 2017 at St-Luc Hospital, Montreal, at the age of 68.

Beloved husband of late Suzanne Chartrand and son of late Cécile St-Louis and of late Arthur Chartrand. He leaves behind his daughters: Angèle and Natalie; his grandchildren: Josh, Gabrielle and Wyatt. He also leaves his brother Luc and his sisters Monique, Hélène and Lise and many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his brother Paul.

The celebration of his life will be held at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS, at 95, Cité-des-Jeunes Bvld, in Gatineau (Hull sector), on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 2:00 pm. The family will receive condolences at 1:30pm.

For those who wish to do so, donations to CHUM Foundation would be appreciated.
