It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of
Manuel Sampaio on November 22nd 2016 at the age of 79.
Beloved husband of late Deotilde Pereira Melo and son of late Maria da Conceicào Espinola and late José Francisco Sampaio He leaves behind his four sons: Fernando, Paul (Sandra Lopes), Alberto (Natasha Arvisais) and Dave (Sandra Pacheco); his eight grandchildren: Selena, Tyler, Nicolas, Vanessa, Damien, Jacob, Angelina Lise and Mason. He also leaves his brother Alberto (Irene); his sisters-in-law: Luciana Silva (Jose Silva), Liana Aurora (Antonio Aurora); his brother-in-law Joào Melo (Almerinda Melo); his godchild Maria Rocha (Joào Rocha) as well as many friends. He was predeceased by his brothers: José and Antonio.
Visitations will be held at LA COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L’OUTAOUAIS, 95 Cité-des-Jeunes Blvd, in Gatineau (Hull sector), on Tuesday November 29, 2016 from 8:00am to 11:30 am . The funeral service will follow at 12 noon at St-Esprit Church, 13 Ste- Bernadette Street in Gatineau (Hull sector).
