Wes, Jarred, Katrina and Jasper

Jennifer, uplifted all of us with her continual words of encouragement, and positive attitude in the face of any challenge. It was a joy to work beside her in our homeschool groups, because she was so game to try anything, and always full of her own excellent ideas! It will truly never be the same without her.

I will long for our deep discussions, figuring out faith and life, while the boys skied and boarded at the hill. Her deep faith and brilliant, insight was more than a blessing to me!
The more I learned about all the places in the world your wife / mom had been, and the things she had seen before having your family, the more I realized why she encouraged you kids to be so self sufficient and capable. She always wanted you to feel free to try something, anything...everything in your lives!! What a gift she has passed on to you!

When she walked into a room, it lit up with encouragement, faith, joy, and wonderful ideas. I am sure when St. Peter opened the gates of pearl for your mom, she lit up the streets of gold in the heavenlies. Heaven rejoiced when they saw her, and one day we will be there rejoicing together!

We will be keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers. Your mom will be very missed by many, many people!

Your mom was the best. She believed in you, Jarred and Katrina with all her heart. She loved who you are and was always in your corner - confident of your abilities and talents and character. She enjoyed every moment of being your mom and never had a bad word to say about anyone or anything. She was such an inspiration to me, the way the stayed positive throughout her illness, only focusing on the good in life and never talking about the bad. She poured her life into encouraging all the PACE kids she taught and she brought out the best in everyone. The shy and scared ones knew she was safe and cared for them. The bold and confident ones, she challenged to reach the heights of possibility through conviction and kindness. Jasper, I loved your mom and I'm so incredibly sad that you've been robbed of having her longer. We will keep her memory alive and I pray that you will always carry her love and wisdom with you each day into the future. You're in our prayers. Love, Helen

I have always considered your Mom one of the most positive, wise, kind, loving individuals I have ever known and I considered her one of my closest friends. I am so incredibly heartbroken about your loss of Jennifer. She was such a beautiful, warm soul. I will never forgot how openly she welcomed us every time we made it to the cottage and the wonderful talk we had, just recently at Sylvia's funeral. She was a wonderful, wonderful woman.
