It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gisèle Bernier on December 18th, 2017 at the age of 57. 

 

Beloved wife of Susanne Maheux and daughter of late Gilles Bernier and of Thérèse Laramée. She leaves behind her brothers and sisters: Jacques, Carole, Louise, Pierrette et Alain.  She also leaves her in-law, relatives and friends.

 

The celebration of life will be held at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS, at 95 Cité-des-Jeunes Blvd, in Gatineau (Hull sector), on Wednesday the 27th of December 2017 at 2:00 pm . The family will receive condolences at 1:30pm.

I am so blessed to have had Gisele in my life for 35 wonderful years. I will honour her memories and life accomplishments until my last breath. It hurts because we lost one of the very best of us to soon. I send you all my love.

To me, Gisele is the epitome of strength. She was there for me when I experienced difficult times. Her strength, love and support enriched my life and will forever be appreciated.
I am grateful for the wonderful memories and adventures we shared. The world lost a good soul and I will deeply miss her.

I am so sorry for your loss. I met Gisele 30 years ago and have never forgotton the fun times the 3 of us had. Everytime I hear Bon Jovi i think about her. She was a great person and taken way too soon. I just happened to run across this and don't know if you'll see this but I wanted to send my condolences.
